  • CAN WE CUSTOMIZE PACKAGES?
    Absolutely! Our packages can be customized to mix and match services, including add-ons. If there's something you want that's not listed, let us know, and we can get it for you.
  • I'M STAYING IN A HOTEL ROOM. WHICH PACKAGE SHOULD I CHOOSE?
    The Classic Package is perfect for hotel rooms since they have limited space. This package will turn your hotel room into a bachelorette's dream.
  • WILL I GET THE "BRIDE" BALLOONS PLACED IN MY ROOM?
    Yes! All of our packages include jumbo BRIDE balloons because you're the bride, and you deserve to be celebrated.
  • HOW DO PAYMENTS WORK? CAN I SPLIT THEM UP?
    Yes. We require 50% upfront, and the remaining is due a month before your party. We want to make sure you and your crew have enough time to gather funds, so if needed, other arrangements can be made upon request.
  • HOW DOES SETUP WORK? DO WE HAVE TO BE THERE WHILE YOU DECORATE?
    You will send us the check-in instructions from your Airbnb/hotel, and we will arrive at check-in. We'll need between 2-3 hours to set everything up, and then you'll come right after. You don't have to be there while we decorate, so feel free to drop off your stuff while we work!
  • HOW DOES STOCK THE FRIDGE WORK?
    So, you'll order your groceries through a service such as Instacart or DoorDash and have them delivered when we arrive. Then, we'll stock your fridge with everything you've ordered so you'll show up ready to party.
